Every Roam Bengal journey involves careful planning with local guides, transport providers, accommodations, and experiences. We aim to make the cancellation process simple and transparent while offering the best possible options when plans need to change.
Whenever possible, we encourage travellers to adjust their travel dates rather than cancel their journey completely.
📅Cancellation & Refund Schedule
The refund depends on when we receive your cancellation request before the scheduled departure date.
60+ Days Before Departure- Receive full refund of payments made, excluding any non-refundable payment processing charges.
30–59 Days Before Departure- Receive 75% refund of the total tour cost, excluding non-refundable payment processing charges.
15–29 Days Before Departure- Receive 50% refund of the total tour cost, excluding non-refundable payment processing charges.
Within 14 Days Of Departure- Refunds are not available. However, we may consider date changes depending on availability and operational arrangements.
⚠️ Situations Requiring Special Consideration
Late Confirmations
Tours confirmed close to the departure date may have limited refund eligibility because we usually secure arrangements with local partners in advance.
Services Already Used
After a journey begins, we cannot provide refunds for unused parts of the tour, including accommodation, transport, meals, activities, or entrance fees.
